Q – When can I expect delivery for my paid limited edition Ping print?

A - All shipping is through Federal Express. Please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery, if you live in the USA or Canada. 

Q – Are there any guarantees or refunds if I am not satisfied with my order?

A – Yes. Each client will receive a 30 - day money back guarantee if you are not fully satisfied with your order. Please notify Peter Fromme-Douglas Inc. by email at returns@fromme-douglas.com or call 1-705-645-9559 and notify us that you are returning your undamaged goods along with all packaging to us. No returns will be accepted unless authorized. Peter Fromme-Douglas Inc. is not responsible for return shipping charges.

Q – What if I receive my limited edition print damaged?

A – If you receive your order damaged it may likely have been caused through the shipping process. All our prints are under the strictest of quality control and are individually inspected and packaged in 100% pristine condition. Contact us immediately either by phone 1-705-645-9559 or by email at returns@fromme-douglas.com Save all packaging materials just as you received it. Do not throw any part of the original packaging away. In most cases the shipping company will be notified and they will come to inspect the package. They will determine where and when the damage occurred. If the shipping company is at fault all orders are insured in cases of damages caused by the shipper and will be replaced by us free of charge. You will be asked to return your order to Peter Fromme-Douglas Inc. A new print will be issued with the same number as your damaged print. That new print will then be sent to you free of charge.

Q – Do you ship anywhere in the world?

A – Yes. We ship anywhere in the world that has a legitimate mailing address and can be delivered by either FEDERAL EXPRESS or an official post office of the country specified.

Q - Do you accept other forms of payment other than the credit cards listed on your website?

A – No. At this time we only accept the credit cards that are secured and verified by our third party merchant account company – INTERNET SECURE. For the safety and security of our clients we do not see your credit card information and it is only held for the few seconds it takes for Internet Secure to verify your credit card account information.

Q – Do you accept COD’s.

A – No. For the safety of our clients we only accept payment online through Internet Secure.

Q – May I pay in another currency other than US Funds?

A – Yes, if you live in a country other than the US or Canada, with the use of Internet Secure your credit card will automatically be charged in the currency of the bank of the country you currently reside

Q – Do I need to take any special care when framing my limited edition print?

A – Yes, it is our recommendation when taking your print to be framed that you specify to your framer to use only 100% acid free matting, tape and backing. This will prevent any of these materials from yellowing over a period of time that could cause damage to your print.

Q – Once my print is framed is there any particular areas I should NOT hang it in?

A – Yes. As with all valuable art do not hang anything in an area that has direct sunlight. Direct sunlight over a short period of time will cause your print to fade and discolour. Chose a location in your home that is away from any direct heating devices or direct water sources as well as direct sunlight in order to sustain the life of your print.

Q – Can this limited edition print be purchased at a retailer or at an authorized Ping dealer?

A – No. Currently at this time the limited edition print is only available exclusively through the www.fromme-douglas/ping website.

Q – Can I contact Ping directly?

A – Ping / Karsten Manufacturing Inc. is NOT responsible for the sale and distribution of the limited edition print. All inquiries should be directed to this website.

Q – May I purchase any other prints or originals on this site?

A – Yes. Some of the images you see in the slide shows will be available for sale as limited edition prints. Please send an email at wishes@fromme-douglas.com or call to inquire as to edition sizes and prices.

Q – Will there be any other limited edition prints for sale in the Ping category?

A – As of yet we do not have any immediate plans for the release of other images in the Ping category. If we do have such an intention, our client base will be notified of any new releases. Please email us with your postal address to be added to our mailing list.

Q – Are there any discounts if I purchase multiple prints?

Q – Will Peter Fromme-Douglas accept private commissions or create custom artwork?

A – Fromme-Douglas will on occasion accept special commissions. We are always excited to hear about new concepts and creative ideas brought to us from our clients who have specific needs. To inquire please contact Anita Pastor – Executive Director of Sales at the above contact numbers.

Q – May I use any of the images as a screensaver?

A – Yes. We are working on a special section devoted to screensavers for free download (coming soon).

Q – Do you accept other art or artists to add links to your site?

A – Yes we do and all inquiries and suggestions should be directed via email to us.
